You may request deletion of your Agentic Firms account, workspace records, connected provider data, and related customer support data by contacting Smart Corp Technologies, LLC.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@smartcorptechnologies.com from the email address used for your account. Include your name, business or workspace name, and the provider connection you want removed, such as Meta Ads or Google Calendar.
What We Delete
We delete or disconnect account data, workspace data, provider access tokens, provider asset records, and support records unless retention is required for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, carrier compliance, or abuse prevention.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or audit records may remain for a limited period before being removed through normal retention cycles.
